Terms covering the website and the framework of our services.
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the KOD IT Services website and the general framework of its IT services. Each order is additionally covered by a specific quote and contract.
Services
KOD IT Services provides web and mobile development, Artificial Intelligence solution design, automation, hosting and managed IT services. The exact scope, schedule and price of each engagement are set out in the quote accepted by the client.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are free and valid for thirty days. Unless stated otherwise, work starts against a deposit, with the balance due on delivery. Detailed terms appear in each quote.
Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide the information, content and access needed to carry out the work, and to appoint a contact responsible for approvals. Delays caused by missing items push the schedule back accordingly.
Intellectual property
Once payment has been made in full, the client owns the bespoke development carried out on their behalf. Third-party libraries and components remain subject to their own licences. The contents of this website remain the property of KOD IT Services.
Liability
KOD IT Services applies the means necessary to carry out its services properly. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from a change made by the client or a third party, the failure of an external service, or improper use of the delivered solution.
Confidentiality
Each party undertakes to keep confidential the technical, commercial and strategic information exchanged during the engagement, both while it lasts and afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the registered office of KOD IT Services. The parties will seek an amicable resolution of any dispute before any legal action.
